European Bartender School

European Bartender School is a training provider for the hospitality industry. It delivers practical bartending instruction and theory in purpose-built bar environments, preparing students for international careers in hospitality. Its work sits at the intersection of spirits education, hospitality education and curriculum development.

Courses are designed and revised by the EBS Board of Education, a body of experienced bartenders and spirits specialists that keeps training aligned with current industry practice. Graduates are supported by EBS MatchStaff, a service that connects them with international career opportunities and hospitality professionals. Training is intended to be energetic, social and close to the conditions of real hospitality work.

The workplace is international by composition and by habit. More than 20 employee nationalities are represented and more than 15 languages are spoken across the teams.
