Euphoric Global

Euphoric Global is an AI-first benefits administration platform that helps global companies simplify employee benefits management, with the aim of making benefits personal, visible and easy to use. The firm operates across the employee benefits, HR technology and enterprise SaaS sectors, and its technical work spans artificial intelligence, AI-powered search, analytics and data platforms. It was spun out of Peppy Health in May 2025.

Two products sit at the centre of the offering. Benefits Navigator helps employees discover their benefits through AI-powered smart search. The GAP (Global Analytics Platform) gives HR leaders a single, centralised view of their entire global benefits ecosystem. Both are aimed at an addressable market of $3-5 trillion in annual global employer spend on benefits.

Prior to the spin-out, the team worked with more than 250 leading employers. The company describes itself as product-led and mission-driven, with an emphasis on making benefits joyful and personal to use and on helping people everywhere get the support they deserve.
