Eight Advisory SAS

Eight Advisory SAS is an independent European advisory firm founded in 2009 by eight former partners of Arthur Andersen and other Big 4 firms. Based in France, it advises shareholders and executive management on financial, operational and strategy matters in complex business situations. The firm employs more than 1,000 people, including 123 partners, and works through a partner-led structure; together with the Eight International Network, the group counts over 3,600 professionals serving more than 30 countries.

The firm's work is organised into three practices. Transactions covers M&A advisory, due diligence and deal structuring, and was ranked 4th in the League Tables for Financial Due Diligence 2021 by volume. Restructuring comprises financial and operational restructuring, turnaround planning and insolvency services. Transformation covers digital transformation, strategy consulting and finance transformation. More than 250 financial services projects have been advised to date.
