It specialises in placements across Accounting, Finance, Legal, Insurance and Allied Health, working with talent from cadet to partner level. Within public practice accounting its coverage extends to Business Services, Audit, SMSF, Insolvency, Forensics and Corporate Tax.

Alongside end-to-end recruitment and placement services, the firm conducts salary assessments for clients and candidates, intended to inform career and business decisions; more than 1,000 have been carried out. Its technical work also covers salary benchmarking and the design of talent attraction strategies.
