Day & Nite, also known as Day & Nite / All Service, is a multi-service mechanical contractor providing commercial HVAC, refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment and plumbing services along the East Coast of the United States. Founded in 1976 by brothers Ken and Irwin Sher in New Hyde Park, New York, the company operates across nine states, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.

The company self-performs all of its services using union technicians. Heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration work is carried out by certified technicians from Local 638, while commercial foodservice kitchen equipment service and repair is performed by Local 1922 kitchen technicians. Commercial plumbing is offered as part of the same portfolio, alongside preventive maintenance programmes designed to support equipment uptime for commercial foodservice and facilities management operations.

Day & Nite serves restaurant groups, corporate dining, academic institutions, healthcare facilities, stadiums and arenas, hospitality operators and other commercial foodservice and facilities management clients. The company invests in regular factory training sessions and certification programmes for its technicians, and uses GPS-enabled fleet tracking, industry-standard technology and comprehensive standard operating procedures to support timely diagnostics and service delivery.
