The platform is built on a no-index architecture: telemetry is analysed at ingest time rather than stored for later indexing, allowing indefinite retention of all data without sampling or discarding dimensions for cost reasons. This rests on Streama, a proprietary stream-processing technology that handles data in-stream and lets customers store it in their own cloud environments in open formats, avoiding vendor lock-in. Olly, an AI-powered conversational investigator, is designed to let engineers and AI agents query and interpret telemetry directly.
