Complyl is a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software company founded in 2020 and headquartered in New York City, with a remote-first, distributed workforce. It builds an AI-powered platform that automates compliance management across regulatory frameworks, combining agentic AI with continuous monitoring and automated evidence collection. The platform supports SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR and more than 70 frameworks in total, with AI agents preparing work across governance, risk, compliance and audit functions while retaining human oversight on every decision.

The company's technical work spans artificial intelligence, systems integrations, cloud security and identity and access management. Its platform is underpinned by more than 125 proprietary integrations that ingest data from cloud, identity, ticketing and security tools, feeding continuous monitoring and evidence-gathering processes. Customers are typically security and compliance teams, auditors and other practitioners in the cybersecurity and GRC sectors.

Compyl was founded by former CISOs Stas Bojoukha and Simon Shaddock. It has raised $12M in Series A funding, with backing from Venture Guides, Contour Venture Partners and Armory Square Ventures. On G2, the company has been recognised for fastest implementation and best support in the GRC space.
