Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) is a physician-owned medical group delivering hospital-level specialty rehabilitation care to patients in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities across the United States. Its clinical work, covering both physical and mental rehabilitation, is carried out by medical providers working alongside facility interdisciplinary teams. The group operates in more than 38 states and serves over 500 skilled nursing facilities.

The company employs more than 200 staff and works with over 300 medical providers. Providers are trained through a proprietary programme focused on delivering care in the post-acute setting, which has been completed by more than 300 clinicians.
