COE Distributing is a national wholesaler and distributor of office furniture, supplying desks, seating, tables, panels and storage for corporate, institutional, educational, home-office and reception environments. The company combines a global network of manufacturers and designers with its own distribution expertise, and sells a private-label brand, OfficeSource, alongside its wider product line, accessories and space-planning resources. It describes its mission as making it easier for organizations to create workplaces where people can do their best work.

The business was founded in 1947 and has been in operation for more than 75 years. Beginning as a family-owned company, it is now 100% employee-owned. Over that period it has adapted its range and operations to changing customer expectations and working environments.

Operations are run from a headquarters in southwestern Pennsylvania, with distribution hubs in North Carolina and Texas - three locations in total - serving customers throughout the United States and the Caribbean. The technical work of the business centres on two areas: supply chain and distribution logistics, and space planning and workplace design.
