CodeTwo

CodeTwo builds software for email signature management, mailbox migration and backup for Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Jelenia Góra, Poland, the company employs more than 120 professionals and serves over 130,000 companies in more than 150 countries. It achieved Microsoft 365 certification in 2022.

Its flagship email signature management solution centrally administers signatures, legal disclaimers and branding across all devices and email applications. Two further products address adjacent needs: migration tools for moving mailboxes within Microsoft 365 and Exchange, and backup software for the same environments. The work spans email branding automation, mailbox migration and backup engineering on the Microsoft stack.

The company was started by brothers Michał and Jarek Bednarz as a small software development firm. It reports a direct, friendly atmosphere carried over from those early days, with an emphasis on continuous learning.
