Centific

Centific is a global data and AI solutions company founded in 2020. It builds the infrastructure and data pipelines intended to make artificial intelligence work in real-world settings, serving frontier AI labs and enterprises developing systems that must understand and reason about the world safely and correctly. The firm grew out of Pactera EDGE and now operates as a data and AI specialist.

Its technical work spans reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), multimodal AI environments, data collection and annotation, human-in-the-loop evaluation, vision AI, robotics, multilingual and natural language applications, and AI safety and reliability. Two central offerings structure much of this: data loop platforms that power continuous data loops from RLHF through to multimodal environments, and an expert network supplying human judgment in high-stakes domains. That network comprises 1.8 million experts across 230 markets.

The company employs thousands of team members and practitioners in dozens of countries, among them more than 150 PhDs and data scientists. Industry verticals include healthcare, vision AI, robotics, multilingual applications, and work for both frontier AI labs and enterprise customers.

Centific describes its purpose as addressing what it regards as the hardest part of AI: data, rather than architecture. It places weight on context, judgment and accountability in AI outcomes, on domain expertise at high-stakes decision points, and on collaboration between research staff and a large practitioner base.
