It provides an all-in-one platform for funds, investors and founders, combining secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services so that private market participants can operate and transact on a single system. The platform covers a broad set of fund operations needs. Alongside investor portals for venture capital and private equity funds, bunch offers transfer agency, fund accounting, treasury management, compliance and tax services. More than 100 asset managers and some 8,000 investors currently build on the platform, with clients including Cherry Ventures, Auxxo and Motive Partners.

bunch raised a $15.5m Series A and is expanding across Europe, with a presence in Berlin, London and Amsterdam. Technical work centres on secure data infrastructure and AI-powered workflows. The company operates in private markets, venture capital, private equity, asset management and investment management.
