Alternative Path is a strategic operations consulting firm founded in 2020. It helps growth-stage and enterprise organisations build high-performing, India-based teams across four practice areas: Technology Ops, Data Ops, Business Intelligence and Finance. The firm has delivered more than 50 engagements, and each one is led by a Practice Lead with at least a decade of operating experience; its founding team claims more than 70 combined years building India-based operations for global firms.

Alongside its consulting practice, Alternative Path builds in-house tooling for quality engineering, including QA-Path and TestLens, supporting its work within technology operations delivery.
