Actalent is a global talent solutions and technical services company that places specialized engineering and sciences consultants and delivers project-based technical work for clients. Its business rests on two pillars: contract engineering and sciences staffing, and outsourced engineering services. More than 30,000 consultants are currently deployed across more than 150 locations worldwide, serving over 6,100 clients.

The company traces its origins to 1983, when two entrepreneurs founded the contract engineering business that grew within Aerotek, with an early focus on aerospace and defense. Project-based engineering solutions were added through the 2005 acquisition of EASi. Lab and clinical services have since become a further service line. In 2021 the business was consolidated under the Actalent name to concentrate on engineering and sciences. It remains an operating company of Allegis Group.
