A & Associates

A & Associates (A&A) is a workforce solutions company founded in 2003 in West Palm Beach, Florida. It operates through three divisions: A&A Staffing, which handles screening, recruiting, job placement and career development; A&A Security, which provides licensed officer programmes, roving patrol, property protection, access control and loss prevention; and A&A Insurance, which offers coverage tailored to client needs.

The company employs more than 1,200 field workers and office staff and has completed over 230 projects. It serves government and private sector clients nationwide, with offices across Florida and a presence beyond the state.

A&A is a WMBE (Women/Minority Business Enterprise) certified company.
