Investment Analyst | Houston, TX (on-site)
The Investment Analyst will work closely with the investment team to underwrite and evaluate new acquisition opportunities across multiple commercial real estate asset classes. This role provides broad exposure to diverse investment strategies and markets, while offering regular interaction with senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or equivalent a plus
- Experience with ARGUS Enterprise preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively while also managing individual responsibilities
What You’ll Be Working On
- Assisting with all aspects of the investment team’s functions, including acquisitions, capital markets, fund management, and asset management
- Conducting financial underwriting and preparing detailed investment materials
- Performing market research and creating reports for current and prospective investors
- Building pro forma models for potential acquisitions
- Drafting offering memorandums for investors and lenders
- Supporting the preparation of Investment Committee presentations
- Prepare and contribute to acquisition due diligence analysis including lease audits, replacement cost, sales and rent comp, and development pipeline summaries
