We are seeking a Retail District Manager to oversee our field operations, manage and coach teams, and ensure service quality standards are met across all accounts in the district. This leader will play a critical role in developing our people, scaling our operations, and driving client satisfaction. The Retail side of it is huge! Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day activities of cleaning and service staff across assigned sites and regions.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operations are running smoothly and aligned with company standards.
- Implement processes, tools, and systems that improve team efficiency and service delivery.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor quality of services at client locations through inspections and audits.
- Address performance issues and implement corrective action plans when needed.
- Develop and enforce quality standards, ensuring consistency across all teams.
Team Management & Coaching
- Lead, coach, and motivate on-site staff, team leads, and sales leaders to deliver top-tier results.
- Partner with sales leaders in the field to enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to build a culture of accountability, growth, and customer-first service.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Support the sales team in identifying upsell opportunities and expanding services with existing clients.
Performance Management
- Track KPIs including client satisfaction scores, operational efficiency, and staff retention.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to senior leadership on performance outcomes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve margins and service delivery.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and frontline staff.
- Strong coaching, leadership, and people-development skills.
- Experience in quality assurance and client relationship management.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to travel within the Orange County area on a regular basis.
