As a Production Team Assembler, you’ll be a hands-on part of our success story. You’ll work with a variety of tools, materials, and processes to assemble entire products or key components. No two days are exactly the same — you’ll rotate through diverse tasks, gain new skills, and contribute to building durable, high-quality products that our customers rely on.

- Assemble products and components from start to finish
- Rotate through tasks to keep the workday fresh and skillbuilding
- Inspect, test, and ensure product quality at every step
- Operate tools, equipment, and heavy machinery such as forklifts
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and safety instructions
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean
- Package finished products for shipping
- Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors
- Suggest ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic, selfmotivation, and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Willingness to work safely and as part of a team
- Problemsolving skills and adaptability
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with tools/machinery a plus
