The Role:

As a Production Team Assembler, you’ll be a hands-on part of our success story. You’ll work with a variety of tools, materials, and processes to assemble entire products or key components. No two days are exactly the same — you’ll rotate through diverse tasks, gain new skills, and contribute to building durable, high-quality products that our customers rely on.

What You’ll Do:

Assemble products and components from start to finish
Rotate through tasks to keep the workday fresh and skillbuilding
Inspect, test, and ensure product quality at every step
Operate tools, equipment, and heavy machinery such as forklifts
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and safety instructions
Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean
Package finished products for shipping
Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors
Suggest ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and safety

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong work ethic, selfmotivation, and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret technical documents
Willingness to work safely and as part of a team
Problemsolving skills and adaptability
Mechanical aptitude and experience with tools/machinery a plus
