THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Coordinator, People Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring employment compliance across the business, particularly around work authorizations and new hire documentation. You will be responsible for reviewing important documents such as I-9s, minor work permits, and other onboarding documents to ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal, state, and local employment laws. This role involves direct partnership and follow-up with employees and managers and collaboration with cross-functional partners on case resolution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide administrative support focused on ensuring compliance with company policies as well as federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Review and process daily and weekly assignments, including I-9s, employment authorization reverifications, minor work permits, and other employee data management.
- Monitor E-Verify cases, provide timely notifications to employees and managers, and ensure program compliance through accurate resolution.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to new hires, rehires, onboarding tasks, I-9, minor work permits, and other general compliance matters via email or ServiceNow.
- Support other projects and initiatives related to compliance, onboarding, and employee data management, as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Experience in Customer Service, Shared Services, or Operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow (or other HRIS or case management platforms) is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $22.11–$27.89. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors.
