Position Overview
Luxe Brands (https://luxebrandsllc.co) is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead all aspects of the company’s HR function. As a member of the executive team reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development across our retail and corporate environments. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can build HR infrastructure, foster a high-performance culture, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement human capital strategies linked to our planned growth.
- Develop and lead talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier retail and corporate talent.
- Implement and oversee the execution of an integrated talent management capability that ensures the “right people in the right seats”, maximizes internal promotion rates, and minimizes unwanted turnover.
- Establish and implement the total rewards (compensation and benefits) strategies that make Luxe Brands a preferred employer.
- Oversee employee relations and engagement practices that cultivate our intended culture.
- Establish HR metrics and analytics to measure organizational health and inform related decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on people-related matters and organizational strategy.
- Ensure low-error rate payroll delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and strategic support.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize HR processes for scalability and efficiency.
Critical Deliverables in First 2 Years
- Establish a scalable HR infrastructure to support planned growth.
- Develop and implement a talent plan (structure, acquisition, development and succession) framework for stores and home office teams that supports anticipated expansion through 2028.
- Design and implement a corporate bonus program.
- Establish total compensation program (base, bonus, equity) that reflects competitive talent market realities.
- Support the establishment of a measurably high-performing executive leadership team.
- Establish and oversee execution of employee engagement process that improves scores by at least 5% year-over-year.
- Ensure company turnover is at-or-below retail industry benchmarks.
- Ensure HR compliance audit readiness and maintenance across all locations.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or industries with distributed workforces.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of scaling HR functions in high-growth environments.
- Well-rounded and practical understanding of employment law regulations, compensation and benefits, performance management/talent development, and employee engagement practices.
- Technically proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
- Personal flexibility to travel as needed.
