We’re currently looking for an AR Project Coordinator, a creative and detail-driven multitasker who thrives at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and design. This is a six-month freelance role and will be hybrid—working 3–4 days onsite in our client’s Los Angeles, CA office. The position requires collaboration with teams across multiple time zones. At this time, we are only considering candidates located in Los Angeles, California.

Your Expertise:
- 2 years of creative or digital project management experience, ideally in AR, interactive media, or branded content.
- Comfortable with project tools like JIRA and adept at managing multiple moving pieces.
- A natural communicator who can balance creative vision with technical execution.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end production of branded AR lenses, from concept kickoff to polished delivery.
- Act as the go-to contact for the AR production team, guiding decisions and ensuring alignment with creative goals.
- Coordinate seamless collaboration between U.S.-based and EU-based teams, managing work across different time zones.
- Keep timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables on track—while proactively resolving any challenges that arise.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management.
- Background in augmented reality, advertising, gaming, or creative production management is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to keep cross-functional teams in sync.
- Experience managing high-volume workflows in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- An adaptable mindset and a passion for creative problem-solving.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management software is preferred.
