We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager to join our team and help drive initiatives within our Next Best Offer (NBO) Program from concept to delivery. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and business stakeholders to turn innovative ideas into tangible outcomes.

*What You’ll Do *
- Lead projects within the NBO Program from start to finish, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts to understand, refine, and document project requirements.
- Create and maintain core project documentation such as project plans, RACI matrices, BRDs, TRDs, RAID logs, and risk registers.
- Facilitate cross-team meetings to align priorities, address blockers, and maintain project momentum.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
*What We’re Looking For *
- 1–3 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Clear, concise technical documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bonus points for:
- PMP certification
- Experience or familiarity with AI/LLMs
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
