We’re looking for a proactive, go-getting Project Manager to join our team! This part-time role starts at 15 hours per week, with the potential to grow. Day-to-day responsibilities include client communications, managing digital marketing projects, collaborating across creative departments, and other tasks as needed.

- You’re confident leading meetings—preparing agendas, decks, and progress reports at least 24 hours in advance—and adept at managing multiple stakeholders.
- You monitor budgets closely, providing timely updates when limited budget remains, and strategically prioritize projects to meet deadlines while staying within budget.
- You love working with detail-heavy projects like web launches, spotting issues early, and ensuring every deliverable is optimized and error-free.
- You’re comfortable with website jargon and user experience best practices, comfortable collaborating with developers, clients, and teams, and willing to push back when necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
- You consistently respond to emails, tasks, and calls promptly and maintain clean, organized communication and project management systems.
EDUCATIONAL LEVEL
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in marketing, business administration or communications.
RELATED EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years project management experience, ideally in an agency
- A self-starter who has a genuine passion for digital marketing, branding, and working with teams.
- Excellent judgment and efficient work ethic.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail when making edits and reviewing documents.
- Experience working with diverse clients.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills across creative and client teams
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client communications
GENERAL/SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Plannable, WordPress, and email marketing tools. Experience with Asana. Fluency in Google Suite is a must.
