RightFynd is currently working with a major client in Midtown, NYC looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their people team!
This role is a part-time temp to hire position (24-29hrs/week) that will support employee engagement initiatives, learning and development programs, and internal communications. This role provides logistical event management, assists in training coordination, and helps drive communication efforts for the internal human resources team.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate logistics for events, including RSVPs, catering, tech, materials, transportation, and setup/breakdown
- Assist in developing event content such as talking points, presentations, signage, and run-of-show materials
- Support day-of coordination and post-event follow-up
- Track event expenses, assist with vendor invoicing, and monitor budgets
- Collect and analyze employee feedback and insights
- Track attendance and engagement metrics across education and training programs
- Maintain accurate training documentation and records
Education & Experience we're seeking:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in employee engagement, internal communications, learning and development, or a similar function, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
