Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support the successful execution of client onboarding and internal project workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and communication across teams to ensure seamless project delivery from initiation to completion. This role is great for any Project Manager who can be a collaborative problem-solver, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working across teams to drive success.
Responsibilities Of The Project Manager
- Onboard new clients into the systems in a timely and seamless manner.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Ensure assigned projects are completed on time.
- Perform various coordinating tasks, such as scheduling and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Help prepare budgets.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact for all participants.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Required Experience/Skills for the Project Manager:
- Proven success in coordinating complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Unparalleled problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ruthlessly organized and skilled at juggling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and uncertainty.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confidence to hold colleagues accountable to deadlines and deliverables.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Project Manager:
- 3 - 5 years of project manager experience, start-up experience is a plus.
- Implementation experience with onboarding mid- and large-sized clients is strongly preferred.
- Project management certifications (i.e., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Scrum, etc.) are a big plus.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
