The RoleWe are seeking a highly capable and trusted individual to serve as a strategic Executive Assistant to the CEO of TigerGraph. This is a high-impact role for a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at connecting the CEO's vision to daily execution.
This is not a purely administrative role. It's for an EA who acts as a crucial strategic partner—a connective tissue that makes the CEO and the entire leadership team more effective.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just make things faster, but makes them clearer. You have the foresight to anticipate what's important and the confidence to ask the difficult questions that no one else is. You're a doer, a fixer, and a force for positive change.
What You'll DoThis role combines the high-level responsibilities of a top-tier Executive Assistant with a strategic mindset. Your primary focus will be to maximize the CEO's and the organization’s efficiency.
- Elevate the dialogue: You're the one who spots the weird silence in a meeting and asks the question no one else is. You'll help facilitate difficult conversations and ensure all voices are heard.
- Proactive problem solving: Spot operational bottlenecks before they happen, propose smart solutions, and run with them to ensure seamless execution. When something is off, you don't just flag it. You either fix it yourself or quietly find the person who will, ensuring momentum is never lost.
- Keep the CEO focused: You will own the CEO’s calendar and schedule, strategically managing their time to protect "deep work" periods and ensure their focus remains on the most critical priorities.
- High-priority communications: Act as the go-to person for high-priority communications, drafting clear, polished emails, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders. You'll also synthesize complex information and distill key insights from meetings.
- Flawless logistics: Plan and execute company events, offsites, and team experiences that people remember. Manage all travel logistics, expenses, and anything else that removes friction for the CEO.
- Strategic coordination: Coordinate with investors, partners, and top-tier external stakeholders with the professionalism and confidence expected at the executive level.
Who You Are- Trusted and Discreet: You are a person of high integrity, capable of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. Your colleagues and the CEO trust you implicitly.
- Composed under pressure: You are calm and collected when priorities shift or the stakes are high. You see a challenge as an opportunity, not a source of stress.
- Razor-Sharp: You have an obsessive attention to detail, impeccable writing skills, and a strong sense of urgency.
- An Expert Generalist: You are comfortable working with tools like G-Suite, Slack, and modern productivity systems, and you're able to adapt quickly to new challenges and responsibilities.
- Proactive and Self-Driven: You don't wait to be told what to do; you figure it out. You have a natural curiosity and a drive to make things better.
Influential: You are excited about joining a small team where you will have real influence and ownership, not just a seat at the table.
