monday.com is looking for an experienced Video Creator. We cherish the power of storytelling and the ability to capture people’s attention with creative ideas that change the way they think. We are looking for passionate Video Creators to join our team and communicate our vision, brand, and product to the world. If you love making videos, and love telling stories, this is the place for you to grow and create. In fact, this description would be much more effective if it was a video!

This is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.
About The Role
- We’re looking for more than just a videographer—you’re a creative storyteller who can take an idea from concept to polished final product, with a strong understanding of how video supports brand and product strategy
- You’ll own the full production process: writing smart, engaging scripts, directing talent, shooting high-quality footage, and editing content for multiple platforms
- You're equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Responsible for idea generation and writing scripts in English for commercials and branded content
- Have a good eye for design, with a passion for telling stories and influencing the way people think
- You’re confident managing end-to-end post-production and final delivery across digital channels
Requirements
- 3+ years experience creating videos + content
- Strong experience with scriptwriting and idea generation for commercial videos
- Exceptional storytelling skills
- Proficiency with Adobe creative cloud. We edit with Premiere, After Effects, Audition
- Experience with live recording techniques; Lighting, shooting & sound
- Must be versed in all aspects of short film creation; pre-production to shooting, editing and post-production
- Passion for video creation. You wake up in the morning and want to make videos

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $100,000-$130,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
