The Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting high-impact initiatives designed to drive ticket revenue, deepen fan engagement, and elevate the game day experience. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will assist in the planning and execution of campaigns across areas such as Gameday Upgrades, ticket marketing strategy, youth initiatives, and promotional efforts. This internship is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for sports marketing and a desire to learn how strategy, creativity, and data come together to shape fan behavior and business outcomes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.
- Support the development, execution, and reporting of single-game ticket marketing campaigns across all marketing channels, with a focus on driving revenue and attendance
- Assist in the ideation and go-to-market strategies for Gameday Upgrades, helping to increase revenue and enhance the fan experience
- Collaborate with the BI and Strategy teams to help pull reports, analyze campaign performance, and uncover actionable insights
- Partner with internal ticketing teams to execute sales strategies through targeted marketing efforts, including campaign development, promotional offers, and creative asset support
- Support the execution of theme night activations and targeted community campaigns, including logistics, asset tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end process of promotional item orders, including placing requests, tracking shipments, and organizing inventory for activations and giveaways
- Help execute youth-focused marketing strategies and community-based promotions tied to theme nights and special events
- Own the meeting minutes and action items for each marketing call led by the Senior Marketing Manager
- Maintain internal ticket marketing calendars, creative asset trackers, and campaign documentation
- Research industry trends and fan behavior to bring fresh ideas and recommendations to the table

- Background in sports, live entertainment, or related fields with hands-on experience in marketing or ticket sales preferred
