Our firm has been engaged to identify the next Director with a growing, privately owned industry leader. Seeking a highly analytical professional to join their senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations related to warehousing, distribution and enterprise wide projects for several locations across the US.
***Candidates MUST have or previously had oversight responsibility for multiple warehouse facilities. This is a St. Louis based role. Relocation assistance is not provided***
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of warehouse operations leaders across various operations nationally
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects with sales, supply chain, e-commerce, etc.
- Implement strategy to align operations across multiple states and locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline and 5+ years of management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Specific experience related to warehouse and distribution operations
- Lean Production Systems (LPS) and 5S standardization experience required
- Ability to travel quarterly
