Job Title: Product Manager – Loyalty & Customer Experience

Location: Irving, TX – Onsite, 5 days/week

Salary Range: Up to $56.66/hour W2

Employment Type: W2 Contract | Duration: 6 months | 40 hours/week (8am–5pm Central)

Introduction

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join a fast-moving team focused on elevating and modernizing customer, store, and franchise-facing experiences. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation within the loyalty and rewards space, enhancing user engagement and delivering high-impact digital products. You’ll work cross-functionally to define features, analyze performance, and lead delivery in an Agile environment.

Ideal candidates have experience building and launching mobile-first customer experiences, a strong data-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering value through continuous product improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
3–5 years of product management experience, preferably with mobile apps or in retail commerce
Experience working across the full product lifecycle—from problem discovery to release
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (U.S. Citizen or Green Card only)
Able to work onsite Monday–Friday in Irving, TX
Availability for early morning or weekend hours during release windows

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with tools for:
- Usage analytics
- Heat mapping
- User testing
- Knowledge management
Background in product operations or process optimization
Experience supporting loyalty, offers, or rewards-based products

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Define and prioritize product features based on user research, data, and business goals
Monitor performance metrics and create actionable product insights
Develop and maintain a product roadmap in alignment with business objectives
Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams
Present data-backed recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Oversee product documentation including requirements, user guides, and release notes
Drive smooth release planning and execution cycles
Ensure product compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices
