What You’ll Do:
- Set and execute a forward-thinking UX vision across agile workstreams
- Drive platform evolution with predictive analytics and orchestration
- Lead iterative research and detailed design delivery using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Champion design best practices, accessibility, and system-wide consistency
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in UX design with a standout portfolio (Figma mastery a must)
- 5+ years leading design teams in agile environments
- Experience driving innovation and continuous improvement
- Tools: Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, MO365
