Description
-Act as the subject matter expert for our internal people systems—owning everything from implementation and configuration to daily operations and continuous improvement.
-Lead and contribute to high-impact projects involving key HR technologies, including recruiting tools, benefits platforms, and time-off tracking systems.
-Maintain data accuracy across systems and deliver actionable reporting and analytics to support strategic planning and decision-making.
-Empower teams by providing clear training and support, helping users at all levels get the most out of our tools and systems.
-Collaborate with People Ops and cross-functional partners to streamline processes and ensure systems run smoothly—especially around payroll and benefits.
-Support the day-to-day execution of payroll prep, benefits data management, and workforce reporting with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and insight.
