Royal Ambulance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our VP of Transformation in driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements across the organization. With 3-5 years of project management experience and a proven track record of delivering projects to successful completion, you will be responsible for managing transformation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and utilizing digital tools to ensure effective data-driven decision-making. This role is hybrid, requiring exceptional accountability, responsiveness, and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, set clear milestones, and assign deadlines to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Manage and track project progress using Monday.com, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals
- Prepare and present progress reports, utilizing Excel to create detailed charts and graphs that clearly display project data and analytics
Digital Collaboration & Data Analysis:
- Utilize Mural (or similar platforms) for brainstorming sessions, process mapping, and collaborative planning
- Analyze project data to inform decision-making and identify areas for process improvement
- Leverage data analytics to monitor project performance and optimize resource allocation
Process Improvement & Lean Methodologies:
- Apply Lean principles to streamline project workflows and enhance operational efficiency; Lean certification is a plus, though not required
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance project outcomes
Team Leadership & Coaching:
- Lead project meetings, assign tasks, and ensure that deadlines are met by coordinating cross-functional teams
- Teach and coach project management best practices to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Serve as a key point of contact for project-related inquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization
Qualifications
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant project management experience with a demonstrable portfolio of projects managed to successful completion
- Proven experience working remotely, with a high degree of accountability and responsiveness
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Monday.com for project tracking and task management
- Experience with digital collaboration tools such as Mural or similar platforms
- Advanced skills in Excel, specifically in building charts, graphs, and data visualization
- Strong data analytics capabilities to support project planning and performance measurement
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to lead meetings, assign deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Nimble, reliable, and proactive in anticipating project needs and challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in teaching and coaching project management skills
Additional Preferences:
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies; certification is desirable but not mandatory

The base salary starts at at $95K-$110K base, with 10-15% bonus potential, putting total OTE in the $104K-$126.5K range.
