This is a dynamic, high-impact role in a fast-paced environment, offering a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 per year. Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant role:
- Provide top-tier executive support to our 3 C-Suite Officers, including calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, expense reports, and team communications.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for leaders, managing schedules, meetings, and administrative priorities with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings—draft agendas, take notes, track action items, and ensure seamless follow-up.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Shared Services, portfolio leadership, and other administrative team members to streamline operations and ensure consistent support.
- Take the lead on planning and executing internal and client-facing events, driving engagement and strengthening team culture.
- Champion philanthropic initiatives, partnering with our broader Philanthropy team to develop and host high-impact volunteer events, charitable drives, and community outreach programs.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise, managing competing priorities with confidence, independence, and resourcefulness.
Qualification of the Executive Assistant role:
- 2–3 years of experience supporting executives or teams in a high-performing office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in fast-paced environments where shifting priorities are the norm.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams.
- Mastery of G-Suite, along with solid proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
- A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion—especially when handling sensitive information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a drive for excellence.
