Qlaris Bio, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate to support activities related to Clinical Operations, including the ongoing QLS-111 and QLS-111-FDC clinical programs, as well as any additional programs that may be added to the Qlaris pipeline. This position reports to the Vice President, Clinical Operations and Regulatory and will work closely and collaboratively with all Qlaris team members in a vibrant working environment in Dedham, Massachusetts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide daily coordination and tracking of ongoing and new clinical trial activities
- Support the preparation and review of clinical documents and study manuals
- Facilitate the study team and clinical sites in regulatory document collection, central IRB application activities, and provide site level clinical trial enrollment status updates
- Facilitate communication across cross functional teams, both internal and external
- Maintain internal study files
- Assist in organizing documents for regulatory submissions as needed
- Support effective relationships with vendors, consultants, and investigators
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in life sciences, public health, or nursing
- 2+ years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO setting
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial phases
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to participate in occasional remote meetings outside the normal 9-5 work hours as needed to accommodate schedules of global project teams and clinical sites
