This role will be located in New York, Chicago, San Francisco or Sunnyvale.

Our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions GTM Strategy & Operations organization is responsible for building the ultimate go-to-market engine to connect our solutions with customer needs. As a GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate for the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions business, you will tackle the most critical challenges facing our sales organization — from shaping go-to-market strategy to optimizing operational processes — all with the goal of driving more value for our sales org and our customers. You’ll work cross-functionally to uncover insights through data, design scalable solutions, and help our Sales org operate smarter and more effectively.
This individual will act as a close partner and advisor to leaders in the sales organization and is responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the business.
As a GTM Strategy & Operations Sr Associate, you will be partnering with senior sales executives to assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value. The Senior Associate is also responsible for leading, program managing, and scaling operational and planning processes (e.g. building sales territories, setting sales targets, weekly forecasting) in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
The Senior Associate should have a strong strategic mindset and communications skills and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business decisions. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, have attention to detail, be open-minded to challenge the status quo, and work on a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence from themselves and business partners.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior sales leaders on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations to achieve short-term and long-term strategic priorities
- Perform complex data analysis and share insights by leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, Anaplan, Salesforce.
- Lead end-to-end territory planning and quota setting process
- Lead ad hoc and operational projects that have regional or global impact, e.g. optimized territory planning, forecast modeling, process improvement and automation
- Establish strong working relationships with colleagues in GTM Operations and cross-functional teams such as Finance, Business Operations, Sales Leadership, Systems
- Partner with Systems and Business Analytics teams to streamline and automate processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and explore opportunities to embed AI
- Be flexible – something unexpected always comes up
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or an analytical/operational role
- 1+ years of experience operating with SQL and Excel
- BA/BS degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in working with SQL and/or Presto, Anaplan, Excel
- Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making.
- Experience in communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience working in the SaaS or Ads Tech industry.
- Experience in Product Strategy and/or Product Management.
- Experience in Data Science and/or Data Analytics.
- Motivation to stand out from the crowd, disrupting the norm to help their business win.
- Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high priority strategic initiatives.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $105,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
