Location: West Coast-Based CRO

We’re partnering confidentially with a well-established East Coast-based Contract Research Organization (CRO) that specializes in medical device and diagnostic clinical trials. As they continue to grow their MedTech portfolio, we’re searching for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

This CRO is a recognized leader in MedTech clinical research, trusted by some of the most innovative device manufacturers globally. With a focus on quality, regulatory precision, and speed-to-market, they’ve built a reputation for delivering complex trials with efficiency and scientific rigor.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing clinical trials in the medical device and diagnostics space, managing timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and client communication. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful study delivery in alignment with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

3–6 years of project management experience in a CRO or sponsor setting, specifically within medical device or diagnostics trials
Strong understanding of GCP and ISO 14155
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex study timelines
Excellent communication and leadership skills
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

Location: West Coast-based (Remote or Hybrid depending on candidate location)

Compensation: Competitive salary + bonus.
