You'll be instrumental in supporting onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance systems, while helping to ensure organizational alignment and regulatory adherence. Accountabilities:
- Manage administrative and clerical duties related to HR operations across multiple practice locations
- Respond to internal HR inquiries and requests, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Support bi-weekly payroll processing and lead new employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Conduct background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verifications, and maintain accurate personnel records
- Draft offer letters, employment agreements, and contractor agreements
- Coordinate with the Operations Project Manager for system access and setup
- Update employee data in the HRIS and generate regular HR and compliance reports
- Assist with credentialing, performance management systems, and insurance coordination
- Provide recruitment support and attend weekly virtual practice meetings, sharing actionable summaries
- Travel occasionally as needed to support onsite HR activities
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Smartsheets, PowerPoint, Acrobat Pro, and HRIS platforms
- Strong ability to develop flowcharts, presentations, and structured HR documentation
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to build trust across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Minimum of two years' HR experience, preferably within a medical or clinical practice setting
- SHRM or HRCI certification strongly preferred
