Seeking a strategic Head of People to lead talent acquisition, leadership development, and culture initiatives.
- Responsible for end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and building talent pipelines across sectors.
- Designs onboarding, growth pathways, and leadership programs to develop high-potential team members.
- Codes and evolves company culture through workshops, rituals, and behavior modeling.
- Provides coaching to managers and supports executive team in team dynamics and performance management.
- Develops tools to assess organizational health, employee engagement, and cultural fit.
Requirements include 7+ years in HR or talent roles, success in senior recruitment, leadership development experience, and strong interpersonal skills. The candidate should be strategic, emotionally intelligent, adaptable, discreet, and mission-driven, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement. Experience building systems from scratch and refining existing ones is preferred.
