The Washington, DC office of a highly ranked lobbying firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Co-Chair of the firm's Government Relations Division. Recently voted one of DC's Top Lobbyist, the Co-Chair previously served at the Justice Department and in the Office of Legislative Affairs. This Co-Chair consults on matters including antitrust, financial services, legal reform, intellectual property and criminal law.
Primary Job Tasks:
- Calendar Management
- Scheduling – Ensuring he is not overbooked for meetings & events.
- Meeting Preparation – Preparing meeting materials.
- Email Correspondence – Reviewing emails, flagging important emails, replying on his behalf if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of high-level Executive Assistant support experience
- Minimum 1 year experience working on Capitol Hill working an administrative capacity, ideally as a Scheduler.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal & written
- Bachelor’s degree
