About the Role:
We’re hiring a proactive, detail-driven Branding & Administrative Assistant to support the CEO across operations, creative branding, and event execution. This hybrid NYC-based role involves frequent travel to destinations like the Hamptons, Florida, and New Orleans.
You’ll be essential to daily operations, brand visibility, and on-site event support—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative + scheduling support for CEO
• Track budgets, invoices, and vendor logistics
• Create branded decks and materials via Canva
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, and other social content
• Coordinate travel for team + clients
• On-site event support: setup, execution, breakdown
• Maintain digital files + general office organization
• Anticipate needs and assist wherever needed
You Are:
• NYC-based and travel-flexible
• 1+ years admin, creative, or event experience
• Organized, communicative, and self-motivated
• Fluent in Google Suite + Canva (required)
• Cool under pressure and eager to jump in
• Available for occasional nights/weekends during events
• Experience in luxury, fashion, events, or hospitality is a plus
