Our client is a highly respected private equity firm with decades of industry experience and a stellar reputation in the market. While headquartered in the Midwest, their Midtown Manhattan office houses a close-knit team of about 40 professionals. The firm is deeply committed to investing in its people, which is reflected in their long-tenured, collaborative, and highly valued administrative team.
THE ROLE
This Executive Assistant position supports a Principal and Vice President within the firm’s Healthcare Group. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management across multiple time zones
- Coordination of domestic and international travel
- Expense tracking and reconciliation
- Handling of ad hoc administrative and project-based tasks
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is upbeat, organized, and team-oriented, with a “no task too small” mindset. This person thrives in a fast-paced setting and brings both warmth and professionalism to the role.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed a true team player
THE COMP/BENEFITS
- Paying up to $130k
- Hybrid, 4 days a week in the office
