eCommerce Specialist- Hybrid - Atlanta
This is a role within a collective of purpose-led beauty and wellness brands looking for a driven and highly organized eCommerce Specialist to oversee the daily operations, user experience, and performance of the direct-to-consumer websites. This is a key role within the digital team, responsible for maintaining seamless customer journeys, supporting ongoing campaigns, and driving measurable growth across multiple ecommerce storefronts.

What You’ll Do
Site Management & Merchandising
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-brand presentation across all sites.
- Launch and maintain products, offers, and homepage content in line with promotional timelines and seasonal strategies.
- Own site navigation, category structures, and content updates to support product discovery and engagement.
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to coordinate campaign rollouts and visual updates.
User Experience & Optimization
- Regularly test and enhance on-site flows, including product pages, search functionality, and mobile experiences.
- Identify and fix UX issues, partnering with developers and external partners to roll out new features and enhancements.
- Monitor speed, accessibility, and design consistency across devices.
- Leverage customer insights and analytics tools to eliminate friction in the buyer journey.
Performance Tracking
- Track key ecommerce metrics including conversion rate, bounce rate, average order value, and on-site engagement.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve performance and user interaction.
- Contribute to SEO improvements through structured content updates and technical optimization.
- Stay informed on ecommerce tech, tools, and app integrations to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience Required
- Strong experience managing ecommerce operations within a D2C brand.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus (required) and familiarity with tools like Hotjar, GA4, Klaviyo, or equivalent.
- Confident working with landing page builders and basic front-end adjustments (e.g., Figma, Shogun, Liquid, HTML/CSS a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and an ability to juggle priorities across multiple brand sites.
- Deep understanding of conversion-driven UX/UI principles and ecommerce best practices.
