Job Summary:
525 Technologies is seeking a motivated and organized HR/Business Administrator to support the human resources functions and streamline administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle a blend of HR responsibilities and business administration tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities: - HR Administration:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records, handle benefits administration, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Support employee relations, assist with performance management processes, and coordinate training and development programs.
- Oversee timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Business Administration:
- Assist in office management, including procurement of supplies, handling communications, and coordinating meetings.
- Support sales process by creating, processing, and following up with invoices
- Maintain accurate records for key business documents and managing expense reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or business administration roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
