We are looking for a dedicated remote HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis for at least 3 months. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that top talent is identified, engaged, and integrated into the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace within the IT software industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles, specifically go-to-market positions.
• Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience and suitability for the role.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems, such as iCIMS, to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Enhance the candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and delivering timely feedback.
• Support corporate recruiting efforts to meet organizational growth objectives.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.
• Prior experience recruiting for go-to-market roles preferred (i.e. marketing, sales, professional services)
• Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems, particularly iCIMS.
• Strong skills in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
• Ability to conduct effective phone screens and interviews.
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
