The Miami HEAT Content Strategy team is seeking a Content Strategy Coordinator who will provide critical support to the Director of Content Strategy to ensure content and campaign strategies are strategically sound, insight-driven and continuously optimized. This role will help in organizing and interpreting content performance data while building scalable systems for sharing and acting on data insights. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-curious and excited by the opportunity to create more effective ways of recapping content strategy performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop a foundational understanding of how content strategy supports business goals.
- Work closely with the Director of Content Strategy to track and evaluate the performance of content across marketing campaigns.
- Support campaign performance tracking and collaborate closely with the analytics team to advice strategies with data-driven insights that reflect campaign KPIs.
- Contribute to the establishment of a feedback loop for detailing campaign performance, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Help maintain a scalable, repeatable system for post-campaign reviews and real-time campaign health reporting to integrate lessons learned into current and future initiatives.
- Participate in campaign briefing sessions and campaign planning meetings to ensure a unified strategy across departments – staying aligned on campaign goals, KPIs and timelines.
- Aid in overseeing campaign content calendars, ensuring all campaign plans are coordinated and KPIs are supervised, and facilitating cross-departmental communication.
- Maintain regular check-ins with content team leaders to stay informed on what's being produced and present content performance updates, flag data trends, or opportunities in the data.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, business analytics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to track multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of content metrics and analytics tools, with a analytical mindset interested in learning how to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written communication skills, especially in turning complex data into clear narratives.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
