We are seeking a driven, client-focused Project Manager with a background in clinical trials to join a mission-led healthcare logistics company that’s transforming how critical materials move around the world. The role
This is a hybrid position, with office-based work on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and flexibility offered where needed. You must be within a commutable distance of one of the following offices:
- Raleigh, North Carolina
- Columbus, Georgia
- Providence, Rhode Island
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the onboarding and delivery experience for new clinical clients – owning key projects from initiation through to execution. You’ll work across internal departments and service as the primary point of contact for client relationships.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading end-to-end onboarding for new clinical trial clients
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics, QA, IT)
- Managing project timelines, risks, and communication plans
- Acting as the main point of contact for client accounts
- Ensuring service delivery excellence with measurable results
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ project management experience, ideally within a clinical, life sciences, or healthcare logistics environment
- Strong client-facing experience with a track record of building trust and delivering complex projects
- A passion for exceptional service delivery and clear communication
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing business
