We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project execution from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget. You will serve as a central point of communication between departments, vendors, and clients, helping to manage timelines, track deliverables, and maintain workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and schedules
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Communicate with team members to identify roadblocks and troubleshoot problems
- Prepare project reports and deliverables for management and clients
- Maintain project management tools and ensure data accuracy
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
