Our client, a rapidly growing company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and transformation. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for setting the strategic direction, scaling operations, and building a high-performance team to deliver strong business results.
The ideal candidate will bring experience leading businesses in dynamic environments, with a track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and long-term enterprise value creation—particularly in private equity-backed or founder-led companies.
Candidates must be located in the Phoenix metro area and able to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and drive the strategic vision of the company in partnership with the Board of Directors and investors.
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional leadership team to achieve aggressive growth and profitability targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment across departments and functions.
- Serve as the external face of the business with customers, investors, and strategic partners.
- Build and sustain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Lead expansion efforts, including potential M&A, new market entry, or product diversification.
- Ensure the company has the right talent, systems, and processes in place to scale effectively.
- Report to the Board on performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven success as a CEO, President, or divisional leader with full P&L responsibility.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in high-growth, middle-market, or private equity-backed companies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning, execution, and operational scaling.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen; ability to partner effectively with CFO and investors.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
- Track record of building high-performing leadership teams and fostering a strong company culture.
